Careers in Medicine (CiM) is a career planning program of the Association of American Medical Colleges. CiM is designed to help medical students choose a medical specialty and apply to residency programs. This program will guide you through the career planning process, including self-understanding, exploring a variety of medical careers, and finally choosing a specialty to meet your career objectives. These resources should be used in conjunction with your academic advisor.
